Parking

Please follow arrows for traﬃc flow during all services and ministry times.
Please only park in designated parking areas.
Please follow guidance of parking attendants.

Wednesday Night Procedures

Due to the number of Kids (PreK-5th) and Youth (6th-12th)
consistently attending Nicholson Baptist Church on Wednesday nights, we have implemented the following procedures.
Drop-Oﬀ:

• Drop-oﬀ is from 6:15-7:00pm each Wednesday night.
• Kids and Youth should be dropped oﬀ in the Fellowship Hall for Check-in
and Supper.
• Kids and Youth may be dropped oﬀ at the Playground Entrance (E6) or
under the Awning (E8).
• All other entrances will be unavailable except for Servant-Leaders.
• Upon being checked-in, parents and guardians will receive a parent tag for
Kids. DO NOT LOSE THIS TAG. It will be required to pick up Kids.
• All parents and guardians should leave the building after dropping oﬀ Kids
and Youth unless serving or staying for NGroups.
• All exterior doors will be locked at 7pm, and all adults will be asked to leave
unless serving or staying for NGroups.
• Late Kids and Youth WILL be allowed in, but will have to knock and be let in
by Security.

Pick-Up:
• All Wednesday night activities are now scheduled to run from 7:00-8:15pm
beginning September 2023.
• All exterior doors will be locked at 7pm and remain locked until 8:15pm.
• No Youth allowed in the Kids area, or Kids in the Youth area, after 7pm.
• No adults will be allowed in the buildings prior to 8:15pm unless serving or
attending an NGroup.
• Kids and Youth should be picked up BEGINNING at 8:15pm except in the
case of an emergency.
• Kids should be picked up at the Playground Entrance (E6) or under the
Awning (E8) of the Fellowship Hall.
• Parents and guardians MUST have their parent tag to pick up Kids.
• Youth should be picked up in the front entrance of the Sanctuary.

These procedures are put in place for the safety, security, and well-being of ALL persons at Nicholson Baptist Church every Wednesday night. We greatly appreciate your cooperation!
